This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons (recognisable by “https://” in the address bar). Data you transmit to this site cannot be read by third parties.

3. Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — www.netlify.com). When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type). This data ensures reliable operation and is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely).

Processing may take place on servers outside the EU (particularly in the USA). Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you use the contact form or send an e-mail, the details provided (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, message) are stored to process the inquiry and for follow-up questions. The contact form is provided by Craftum (funnel.craftum.de); when the contact page is opened, its script is loaded and your input is transmitted to Craftum's servers and forwarded. The service may load fonts from third parties (e.g. Google Fonts). Data is not passed on without consent. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Montserrat, Oswald) are self-hosted. No connection to Google or other font providers is established when pages are loaded.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services.

7. Audience measurement (GoatCounter)

GoatCounter is used to measure website traffic. GoatCounter works without cookies, stores no personal data, builds no user profiles and does not permanently store IP addresses. Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are collected, such as pages visited, referrer, approximate region and browser type. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement); no access to end devices within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG takes place, so no consent is required.

8. Links to external websites

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. Instagram, WALL Galerie). When you click them you leave this website; the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. No social media content is embedded directly.

9. Storage period

Personal data from inquiries is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply. Server log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider according to its policies.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for Hamburg: the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
